NAO remains strongly positive with no signs of blocking but does that mean a winter forecast bust?

I’m happy with the shots of cold and snow we’re seeing as this pattern could have NO cold air to tap and completely no snow like we often saw in previous not so distant years plus the forecasted arrival of snow has materialised. My issue is the lack of evidence that the NAO is going to change anytime soon and thus if it fails to do so, then we will continue to see quick in-out shots of cold and snow. However I do believe we will see that flip. The timeline with my forecast is the close od December so there is still time.

Appologies for for the ‘mumbling’, lol. hope this is clear but it can be difficult trying to explain things. Hope it makes sense to you.
