RAIN: Showers this morning with sleet and even snow flakes mixed at at some high levels.
A cool breeze overnight made it feel nippy to the face. Rain moved in covering much of the region and making for spray on roadways. A uniform temperature around 37-38 degrees and made to feel cooler with a east, southeast breeze blowing at under 10 mph. Heavy cloud and no sun made for a dull, damp day. Rain and some sleet tonight is to give way to cooling as skies may clear out enough to allow us to hit freezing overnight.
