A day which commenced mostly cloudy with a few sprinkles and light showers in upper 30-degree air, but enough clearing skies before sunrise allowed ice to form on residual moisture left by rain and fog.. Much of the day HERE was foggy and cold with highs generally in the mid-30s, sharp contrast to recent days and weeks.. Glasgow and coastal areas recieved a good deal of sunshine and fairly mild readings (roughly 40-degrees) but fog filled many low lying areas where the sun shawn and dropped below the horizon and temps cooled off. Places like here remained fairly foggy and therefore cold all day! Tonight fog and cold with a current reading of 29 degrees. Possible low around 27 degrees but fog will help keep temps from dropping off…
