An additional 2-4ft expected in the already buried High Sierra around Tahoe.

Meanwhile further east, an Alberta clipper is sweeping over the Great Lakes and Northeast bringing a spell of moderate to at times heavy snow with upwards of 1-2ft in the favoured high terrain of northern Pennsylvania, New York and New England with a few inches possible into New York City. Behind it, arctic air moves in.

The GFS takes the 510 thickness down near NYC Saturday morning. With snow cover, we could see low teens, without, perhaps 18-20F.
