For the majority of Ireland and the UK it’s been a fine, dry and pleasant bank holiday weekend but as for mainland Europe, lightning has filled the skies causing dozens to be struck from Paris to Warsaw.
In Paris 11 people we’re struck by lightning while celebrating a birthday in a park while in Germany several we’re struck on a football pitch.
