The northerly continues to chill the UK but it’s nothing unusual for the time of year in all honesty. Today is cool, especially in the breeze but Thursday looks coldest with UK-wide temperatures in the 2-4C range following a widespread frost to start the day.
-6 or -7C possible in shelter tonight.

Thursday into Friday looks interesting as winds turn NE and snow may become an issue for parts of eastern Scotland and England before we begin to see a wind shift back off the Atlantic.
