While it’s been hot in the Southern Tier, it’s been cool across the Northern Tier and despite a cool November on the back of two very mild September and October’s, many parts of Maine have only just received their first snow. In fact Caribou received their first measurable snow on the same day Oklahoma hit 94 and was just 6 days off the latest first snow on record.

Think this year is bad for lack of snow, try this time last year!
