It’s back, the ‘atmospheric river’ season opens in style this year with copious amounts of liquid driving into the Pacific Northwest. Thank the ‘river in the sky’ spanning the entire 5,000 miles of Pacific Ocean from China to British Columbia. As well as powerful winds, record rainfall has affected several places throughout the Pacific Northwest.
