Tropical Storm Humberto lifts north this week and will readjust/amplify the N Atlantic-Europe upper pattern, deepening a trough S of Greenland and thus pumping a ridge north into UK. Colder times ahead though!





Mark as you know ive been looking at the CFS for winter and i know we have to consider ..trends Nao sea surface temps, solar activity and ssw ect, but the last few runs are going from cold to mild back to cold and mild what do you make of it.Also the whole pattern set up is of that from 1962 would you belive ,there are a lot of other forcasts now coming on board for a cold winter and below average tempswhat are your thoughts and why do the CFS change after months of showing cold…thank Penny 🙂
