Tomorrow night will see a cold first half of the night but clouds roll up from the south and rain will soon follow, most of the rain will affect more eastern parts, drier in the west.

By morning, clouds marking the leading edge of the next troublemaker will advance northwards from the channel, eventually spreading rain into all of Southern England, through the morning these rains turn heavy, persistent and widespread and as the rain band works north, the flooding concerns are raised as 1-2 inches may accummulate over the next 24 hours.

It was a much more pleasant day throughout Wales and with clear skies and light winds tonight, many parts will get down close to or just below freezing. Mist, fog and frost will form through the overnight.
During Saturday morning, clouds increase from the south and eventually those rains arrive with a freshening wind too. Through the day, the rain turns heavy and covers much of the country. Further flooding is a concern given the persistence as well as how heavy this will will be and it is falling on already saturated ground.
By Saturday evening, the rains clear from the south but they will linger in the north into early Sunday before clearing.
Daytime highs Saturday and Sunday remain chilly at just 5-8C, lows -2 to +3C tonight, 4-6C tomorrow night.
