Heavy, Thundery Showers In Between Sunshine Rules The Great British Weather This Week With Snow Over Hill Tops

Today has seen plenty of sunshine with embedded showers peppering the British and Irish landscape. Those showers have packed a punch with torrential downpours which where accompanied by gusty winds, sharp temp falls which produced sleet and even snow down to 500 metres, hail as well as thunder and lightning.
