High 30 degrees (3.23pm) Low 21 degrees (8.45am)
RAIN/SNOW: None
Snowcover: 1″
A windy overnight which held temperatures up but made it feel cold. Even at 3am, the temperature was still a mild 28 degrees but as winds slackened, temperatures began falling fast and bottomed out at 21 degrees around sunrise. A brilliantly clear, bright morning and slow warming with only mid-20s by noon. Skies clouded over by afternoon but it remained cool, particularly in the shade. Skies cleared early and with no wind, temnperatures are heading towards the low teens overnight with a reading down to 20 degrees by 9pm. Low is expected to hit 13 degrees by morning with a high only wamring to 25 degrees. Low tomorrow night may drop to 10 degrees which would be the coldest of the season.

>Our fresh snowfall here in Kdy remains at a mere 2 inches deep. In places, the snow depth is around 5 inches due to old snow compacted snow. I experienced temperatures of -8 degrees C when out last night in inland Fife. The cold spell deepens.
