>Yes Jamie, I was surprised by them but I wonder if the warm, dry June (and May though May likely wouldn't be included as meteorological summer is June-August) might have bumped up the numbers, August-Sept I would have thought would work out either normal or below, but hey I thought summer was going to average out near normal to below like yourself…

I would have thought these temperature maps would have shown something around average or below considering the large quantities of precipitation that has lashed the lands for most of the summer.
