While the UK shall remain locked in an Atlantic flow pattern with spells of rain and wind over the next day or so, Turkey is about to get hammered by heavy snow and strong bitter NNE wind. A 1030 high is expected to replace the low over Turkey and send temperatures into the -20s over central and eastern areas Wednesday night into Thursday.
