For a second time in a matter of 6 months, the Southern Plains go from drought to deluge with many cities stretching from Colorado across to Missouri down to Texas has seen a top 5 or 10 wettest year to date.

Even up until yesterday, daily heatĀ records have still been falling over Florida with 88 degrees inĀ Orlando, 89 Naples and the 87 in Tallahassee was the 7th daily record high this month there.

Major Snow Followed By Major Cold?

The next storm system is likely to drop an additional 1-2, locally 3ft of snow over the Sierra Nevada, Cascades, Wasatch, Rockies over the next few days and what follows looks very interesting with regards to Thanksgiving.
