Well I’ve pointed out in most posts what I think. CFSv2 has a warm bias. It says one thing as well as saying another. Contradicts itself. There’s a lot of aspects pointing towards a cold winter but it doesn’t mean it will happen. Stay tuned as I will be posting more on this.
Some forecasters are already writing this winter off…I find this strange as its so early. The CFSv2 is going for a very mild, wet and unsettled winter. What do you make of this Mark?
