Due to the time of night I’m only going to put up today’s edition of ‘Vogan’s Views On Europe’ but will get more LONG RANGE thoughts and charts up for you tomorrow.

Cold dominates the UK as well as all of western and central Europe for at least the next 7 days with potentially 2 snow systems between Thursday and Sunday for the UK. I see no warm-up coming through at least mid-Feb!
