>Todays Extremes here at my house
High 32 degrees (1.46pm) Low 28 degrees (8.55am)
SNOW/RAIN: A fresh dusting in places from overnight snow showers, some residual flurries
Snowcover: 1-2″
A mostly clear overnight sky with some passing snow showers and left over flurries throughout the morning hours to some places. A day which was generally sunny and crisp. A strong N to NW wind at 10-20 mph with higher gusts created some drifting particularly on higher, remote and exposed terrain. Wind chills were between 17-25 making it feel a lot fresher than the actual air temperatuyre was was held markedly because of the strong wind flow which rattled northern exposure windows. Tonight under clear skies and a light wind regime, we should fall down to between 14-17 degrees by morning.
