Photos taken from my office here around 9.30pm with outside air temperature of 21 degrees.. Note the stars visible in these photos!It’s nearly down to -7C (20 degrees) here at my house and we’re falling fast, heading for 17 degrees or lower. According to my friends in Kirkcaldy it was a chilly -6 as of 5.30pm. This night was predicted to be cold but may actually surpass what was expected. Surprising perhaps but with extensive snow cover and clear skies are now dominant across the country, the temperature is allowed to fall off markedly.
