>A very good morning to you.. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I am ready to hit the road to visit my wife’s grandfather but before I head off I thought I would note a few weather happenings that I shall be focusing on over the next week or so and a story which will likely keep me busy over the next several weeks.

Storms and rumors of storms.

1) A major storm is unfolding over the Four Corners region and this will become a major blizzard from the Desert Southwest to Upper Midwest.

2) A fresh lobe of Arctic air will be drawn in on the backside of this northeast prgressing system, a fresh Canadian exhuast!

3) Highs yesterday across Montana struggled to reach zero, some spots likely failed to hit zero at all and at the moment Cut Bank is at 13 below zero, perhaps on it’s way down towards 18 below..

4) The truely cold stuff will progress east as this storm pushes into the Lakes and Ontario. High may fail to make 10 in Minneapolis and they may get close to zero one or two nights mid to late this week. Chicago also will remain in the teens and low may drop into the upper single digits!! Winter is here finally after one of the warmest Novembers on record.

I shall talk more on this impending MAJOR and likely life threatening storm later on today as well as the prgression of the Arctic chill across the country.

More later,

Thanks for reading.
