With the concentric banding and wrapping around of clouds in towards the center and a look of what could be early signs of eye development all points to Bill becoming a hurricane possibly this afternoon or tonight as pressures continue to drop and wind speeds rise…
Ana struggles and could drop down to depression status but this is a storm that has done this before and bounced back. The track of this system has shifted more towards the islands, rather than north of them and thus weakening this thing to an extent it may not recover… But a lot of questions remain. More on the track of Bill and TD 4 later…
