Note the remarkable ice coverage across the Arctic ocean still.. Hudson Bay still has ice on the southwest side.. Aiding the chill across much of the eastern third of the nation!
High in Churchill, Manitoba on July 10 was 39 degrees! Stunningly it was 80 degrees two days before.
