>You know, myself, mother-in-law and wife were travelling the hour’s journey by car to visit father and grandfarther this afternoon, it was cloudy, cool and with periods of exceptionally heavy rain in which I literally couldn’t see in front of me. Let me tell you, with temps outside and no sun, it was kinda warm. When sun is shining and it’s in the 70s, the car gets extremely warm and uncomfortable, when I get out of work at 1pm and open the car door I can visibly see the sweltering air move in the car!

Tell me, why is it that each and every summer when temps are perhaps 80, 90 or 100 degrees outside and god knows how hot a car is, sitting in direct sunlight, do people leave babies or pets inside a car whilst the parent or gaurdian heads into the local supermarket or beauty salon for a facial?? This angers me as I look at this and hear about this every single year, why do we not learn? I am going to be completely honest here and say that we as a human race are becoming more and more lazy and neglogent. Even driving on roads here or motorways (interstates) people NEVER signal to what the driver intends doing, especially dangerous when their driving at 80 + mph. Children are dying more and more because we as a human race are becoming lazier and that turns into stupidity, then we pay one way or the other, either by killing a child in an oven of a car or killing someone on the road because we weren’t obeying by the rules of the road.

I also want to make another point and is another issue that has stood out to me….. I logged onto a site the other day in which comments were made about an article I wrote. One particular comment stood out which stated that because I said “I believe” that was interpreted in their mind as me saying “i had no fact” or i had an “agenda”, last time I checked, that comment I made would have meant “I believe, a personal opinion” saying that this was my thought or idea and not someone elses. People clearly say one thing without having a clue at what their implying.

My good friend Joe Bastardi made a few comments the other day on his blog regarding comments that were surfacing, that on the Bill O’Reilly show, Bill said that Joe believed in Global Warming, yes, people thought that was said when it was not. I don’t understand why people hear things and then completely turn it around. People don’t listen anymore, or read and then change it to suit themselves. Critisisms is becoming worse, well I’ll say this, the people out there working hard should recieve praise for the great job their doing rather than waiting for the first wrong forecast and then hammering them. Half the big guns that are pumping the whole global warming issue these days are high fliers in politics and nothing else. These guys have an agenda not me, not Joe Bastardi.

We really need to understand the facts before we critisise or make judgement on people who actually know what their talking about.

I have been critisised for being full of shit! sorry about using that word, mentions about my profession as a baker etc etc, but I didn’t ever state I was anything more other than a person that loves the weather and is intelligent enough to make a personal opinion, nothing else, people always make a bigger, blown out of proportion issue. Id love to say those that moke or critisise do a better job or post their opinion…..
