With a high of 31 and low of 12, Minneapolis not only endured it’s coldest Easter in a decade but it was the coldest April Fools Day since 2002.

Snow cover vs no snow cover was very evident in this morning’s temperatures.

Meanwhile across to New York City and Central Park officially received 4.8 inches of snow which makes it the Big Apple’s snowiest April day since 1982.
