It’s been a rather wintry past few days across the UK with many northern areas seeing snow while many more witnessed the biting north wind and overnight frosts.

Change comes tonight in the form of a cloudier north, clearer south.

As we head towards the forthcoming bank holiday weekend, little changes. It stays quiet, fairly cloudy with a lighter NW flow.
The Atlantic remains held at bay by high pressure just to our west. This appears to hold through the weekend but low pressure will influence Mon-Tue but after that? Looks like the HP regroups and so we remain largely dry and warmer.
