After slamming Haiti then Cuba as a Category 4, Hurricane Matthew is back over very warm open water and after weakening slightly due to land interaction, has re-intensified this morning and is expected to further intensify as it pushes through the Bahamas.

High pressure building out over the Atlantic north of Matthew may force Matthew to loop around on itself. The GFS suggests two hits on the Bahamas.
