It’s all eyes on a major storm system pushing into California over the next 24 hours. Lot’s of rain, wind and snow can be expected but so too can flooding and mudslides.

Once the system crosses the southern Rockies, ingredients of cold, dry, warm and wet come together to produce a major snowstorm/blizzard from Colorado to Great Lakes, rainstorm along with severe weather outlook in the warm sector.

We’ll also see wet and mild weather spread up the East Coast in a few days.

Sizable but typical thermal gradient sets up early to mid week as the storm system crosses the country.
