W EUROPE: More Interesting Pattern Returning With Some Snow Too

We may not be heading into a significant winter pattern by any means by the collapse of the southern ridge will at least bring spells of cold on the backside of a much more active Atlantic pattern fuelled by extreme cold on the other side of the Atlantic.

These lows will transport North America’s cold across the Atlantic over the next 10 days and although significantly modified by the ocean, should help at least bring snow back to higher elevations of the UK.

Expect a much more unsettled theme and at times, stormy with gales or severe gales coming back.
