With Super Typhoon Nuri poised for a west Pacific recurve combined with a +PNA, Siberian strat warming and big increase in Canadian snow cover should lead to another major Nov cold blast for the Midwest and East US.

This is very like last winter with the Siberian strat warming which lead to a direct discharge of arctic/Siberian air into the US.
