RAIN: Afternoon rain
An overnight under clear skies and light winds brought another crisp night with a hard frost and ice forming under a brilliant full moon. Clouds eventually rolled in after 4am stopping the progressive temp decent at 24 degrees. A morning which brought an increase in cloud which thickened enough to bring rain by midafternoon and has fallen steadily through late afternoon into early evening but has now became off and on through the evening. Thanks to rain rather than warm temps, the thin snowcover is now eradicated. It has been a cooler day overall with this morning and now into the evening seeing temps holding in the 34-35 degree range.
