Western Europe Warms Significantly This Week But More Cool To Follow?

While it noticeably warms up this week with many seeing their first 21C of the year, the models are suggesting the return of cooler than normal towards the end of April into May.

The CFSv2 correctly shows a very warm continent through the upcoming 7 days with mid to upper 20s over parts of Poland, Germany even extending as far west as the Netherlands. Potentially mid 20s for SE England, 22 or 23C for Highland Scotland. The following week sees it warmer than normal once again but a touch down on the front running 7 days but week 3 and 4 show a reversal back to cooler than normal to end April and begin May.
