The only interesting aspect to the UK’s upcoming week of weather will be the cold start to Tuesday and Wednesday morning’s thanks to clearer, colder air crossing Southern England and Wales from Scandinavia.

However there’s been plenty of action elsewhere to end the weekend and start a new working week which heralds in another meteorological winter. Low pressure over the far SW Med has brought some wild weather to Iberia with another low over Russia opens the door to arctic winds and return of winter to central/eastern Europe.
