As I write this post, another potent low is crossing the Four Corners bringing yet another snowstorm to Colorado including Denver while Texas gets more heavy, flooding rains.

This system pushes Denver’s precip above normal for the 7th straight month!

This snow could be followed by another Sunday which would make for a 3rd Mother’s Day snowstorm in a row believe it or not…

This current system is another big deal for Southeast/East Texas and Louisiana where 4-8″ of rain within 24 hours wouldn’t surprise me in the least given the setup. More flooding is likely in and around Houston.

Could be another flood maker around Greater Houston.

As well as the flood threat there’s also a severe threat late Friday/Saturday.
