It really can be remarkable when you see much of the USA covered in snow and bitter cold and South Floirda enjoy record warmth. This certainly isn’t the first time that’s for sure but just to let you know, Miami warmed to a record 89 degrees tying the all-time December record!Here in Scotland it’s 31 and dense fog lingers…
