While more than two dozen record lows were set in the East this morning, let’s firstly not forget the level of warmth which lifted all the way to Montana yesterday.

NWS
The 83 was an all-time record for March in Miles City.
Some very gusty winds helped boost temps and fire danger east of the Rockies yesterday. Non thunderstorm winds over 80 mph were recorded in Wyoming, 70+ as you can see in south-central Montana.

If you live in the Eastern US, you know it was cold this morning. More some, it was record cold.

Some impressive lows given that it’s just days from April.

Here comes the next system with yep, MORE snow.
