It seems like mother nature just loves to swing from one extreme to the other.

Last month was the coldest, snowiest April on record. Minneapolis went from scenes like this last month…

Minneapolis was not alone.

Within 43 days, Minneapolis went from a 26.1 inch all-time record April snowstorm to it’s earliest 100 on record and first since 2012.

Yesterday’s 100 was only the 2nd ever May 100 and the last and only time it occurred was back during the dust bowl.

While today likely saw another record high, it was also the 6th straight 90, comfortably surpassing the previous May record of 4.

Like with last month’s cold and snow, Minneapolis is not alone with the heat either.
