Written by on October 28, 2017 in Autumn 2017, Summer 2017 with 0 Comments

Compared to the warmth of recent years, the run-up to Halloween ’17 will certainly feature a chill with a turn to slightly milder for Halloween itself.

For those heading out Sat evening it will be cool, windy with a chance of showers, especially Northern Ireland, Scotland and northern England. During Sunday winds blow from the north bringing a distinctly colder feel. Highs range from 7-13C but in the wind it will feel considerably cooler.

Sunday evening with clear sky and lighter wind, temperatures drop sharp after dark. So heading Sunday evening it’s less windy but colder. Monday dawns frosty and through the day it’s largely fine, dry and sunny. Into evening and temperatures particularly in the north and west cool but gradually rise into Halloween with increased WSW breeze and cloud. Halloween itself features milder air, more cloud and breeze with showers or longer spells of rain in northern and western areas.
