It seems as though it’s been an eternity since dry, settled weather dominated the UK. With the exception weakening fronts drifting east Friday, Saturday and Sunday, a building Scandinavian blocking high will manage to suppress the Atlantic influence over the UK bringing the first UK-wide’s prolonged quiet spell in MANY weeks.

Thankfully the beast that’s winding up over the Atlantic which may appear to be approaching us, will remain to our west thanks to our friend from the east.
