The heat has been relentless in the West this week and it’s extended north into the Pacific Northwest.

Death Valley once again hit a record high Friday at 126 blistering degrees.

On Saturday Death Valley topped 127 for a second time this month.

Phoenix tied it’s warmest June minimum this morning with a low of just 93.

Yep, for a second time in less than a week, Palm Springs ties the June record and falls 1 shy of the all-time record.

Las Vegas could tie their longest streak of 110+.

8 straight days of 100+ ties third place for longest such streak in Sacramento.

Red Bluff in the northern Sac Valley recorded their hottest night on record.

June records in jeopardy for the Northwest.
