US: ENDLESS SUMMER IS RELUCTANT TO GIVE UP!

Written by on November 4, 2016 in Autumn 2016, United States of America, Winter 2016/17 with 0 Comments

Did you see last night’s latest article I put up from weather.com? When the heck is summer going to end you may be asking, well models show at least some change mid and late November but there’s nothing particularly cold for the East on the horizon in my opinion.

Atlanta, GA has seen a record amount of 90s this year, a record number of 80s in October and yesterday they tied an all-time November record high of 84 degrees.

Check out this anomaly for the next 5 days!

As shown in this morning’s video, the models in the medium to long term take the ridge core up into the Yukon allowing a ridge to settle over the East and Southeast but how chilly this would be remains very much open to question. This is merely a hint at an end to this endless summer.
