No doubt, it was a COLD morning by April 10 standards over the Eastern United States.

However, with 18″ in just 2 days followed by an arctic high, the cold price appears to go to Canaan Valley within the Allegheney Mountains of West Virginia which dipped ‘unofficially’ -8F this morning.
