EUROPE: April 1-15: Western Trough, Eastern Ridge Dominates

Expect a cooler west, warmer east pattern through the first 15 days of April but troughiness doesn’t mean wet, expect spells of wet and dry, especially later next week as heights look to rise across the Northern UK and Scandinavia, lower down into Iberia day 6 onwards. Pattern looks very blocking April 10 on which could support cool but sunny over UK/West with frequent plumes of warmth lifting into eastern Europe from Egypt and Middle East. Looks unsettled across Iberia.
