While 20-25 above throughout Southern California and as much as 40 ABOVE normal on the Northern Plains, it was 10 below normal with all-time snow records tumbling in New England.

The models are all over the return of arctic air and further record setting cold as we head for the final 10 days of March.
ECMWF has accumulating back as far south as DC, Richmond and even as far south as the VA-NC border next 10 days.
