Tropical Depression 5 Forms In The Atlantic, Could Be A Hurricane In Caribbean Next Week!

It’s early days yet and with not the most perfect environment for any real intensification ramp up, it could be a slow process but newly formed tropical depression 5 is born! Within the next few days, TD 5 should be a storm and looks to impact the Lesser Antilles by Friday, quite likely as a storm. Following that and as we progress into the second half of the weekend into next week, some models have this kind of falling apart as it enters a less favourable environment but there are some models which see a more favourbale environment and so this system becomes a Cat 1 hurricane.

Only time will tell..
