We’ve seen tremendous fash-flooding this summer impact areas up and down the UK from Inverness all the way to Bournemouth! The UK Summer is within what appears to be a cool, wet cycle which started during summer of 2007. The frequency of these flash-flood episodes have very much increased while warmth and dry weather is harder to come by! M. Vogan
