>Todays Extremes here at the house
High 46 degrees (12.11pm) Low 23 degrees (8.ooam)
RAIN/SNOW: None
An increasingly more impressive late season cold spell continues with yet another stunning day of abundant crisp sunshine. With a slight breeze out of the SE the air had a slight edge to it showing us though the sun’s angle is certainly more and more summer-like in “appearance” which the increase in angle on the horizon producing less and less shadows, winter is still not quite done with us just yet as frost and ice remain on the smaller areas of shadow throughout the day as have remained inmelted in areas for 3 straight days as the air is of an Arctic origin, although modified by the late season. Heavy snows fell across the northern coasts whilst a disruptive few inches fell across portions of England throughout the day. The cold is continue with another night under clear skies and light winds which will once again send temperatures plummeting again.
